Why: Lavender and Witch Hazel are known anti-inflammatories, bug repellant and anti-itch/healers, with Lavender also known to be relaxing for sleep, and Witch Hazel also toning the skin. Both have many traditional uses (1,2)

How: Shake very well then spray on pillow, bedding before sleep. Can be used as temporary bug repellant, inside and out. Can be used directly on bug bite to relieve itch. Can be used as air freshener. Spritz your work area to relieve stress.

Avoid direct contact with eyes and nasal passages. Avoid if pregnant, or under 2 years old. Allergens include Linalool and Linalyl Acetate (0.001%-0.007% used as directed)
 
Store: Store cool, away from direct sunlight.
